Writing Reflection

Today in writing we had to talk about hyperbole and alliteration. In hyperbole there was a sarcastic sentence for example it said I am so hungry I could eat a horse also in hyperbole when you are over exaggerating stuff/things in your story. And in alliteration we had to say a sentence with the same letter that was from the start like for example it Alice's aunt ate apples and acorns around August and in alliteration the repetition of the same initial letter in a series of words. Yeah that was pretty much it but here is the picture of us working.

The boys and I went to do some Tai Chi with Mr Gordon. There were lots of moves to do like Crane, Tiger and Reverse. When it was time to talk about positive comments, negative comments and random act of kindness. My positive comment was I completed my game Dragon Ball FighterZ, my negative comment was I got all the characters but one Goku (SSGSS) and my random act of kindness was that I became a Fruit Monitor. Then we had to play a little mini game to see who push each other from hand to hand but I didn't win. After that we had to leave and say goodbye to Mr Gordon.

Brian McGoverns car race

On Saturday March 10th 2018 my dad and I went to go see a car race. We were with a couple of dad's friends at the car race Marcus, Jack and Ben.Marcus also brought his son named Rudy.The racer we were voting for in the car race was Dad's boss, Brian McGovern.Throughout the race Brian crashed through the race by losing control of his car but luckily he didn't have a single scratch.A few hours past, Brian was back in the race. He was all fine and he didn't crash this time.It was now the final race but me and dad were going to watch for ten minutes and then leave and go home.Ten minutes later me and dad said goodbye to Marcus, Jack, Ben and Rudy and we went to go back home. I did enjoy the race and my dad also enjoyed the race. We liked the race so much and I think there might be another car race next year or maybe it might happen this year again.
